Once you have completed this course you will have all of the skills needed to perform professional facial services including, plus we can provide all of the products and equipment you need to get going.

Introduction and overview of the course. Learn about the structure and appendages of the skin as well as skin disorders you will come across.

This module will teach you about the products and equipment you will need, how to keep accurate records, contra-indications that may prevent or restrict you doing the service and the very important topic of sanitation and hygiene to keep you and your clients safe in the salon.

Learn about the different skin types you will be treating, as well as skin care ingredients for each skin type and condition you will come across. This module also covers vitamins in skin care and peels you can use.

This is where you will start the practical section of the course learning how to correctly remove makeup, cleanse the skin using manual techniques, brush machine and ultrasonic skin srubber as well as how to properly analyse your clients skin so you can choose the most appropriate products for their treatment.

Moving on from module 5 we will teach you how to apply peels, how to do exfoliation with various methods and also safely perform extractions to rid the skin of any impurities.

The most relaxing part of the facial is the massage, continuing on from the cleansing massage you will have learnt we go into more depth working from the decolletage right up to the forehead and every area in between, working the muscles, helping to stimulate the circulation and leaving your clients relaxed with the skin feeling amazing.

To finish your facial we will show you how to apply various masks, serums and finally moisturisers to further enhance your clients experience.
